Event Overview

Longevity Summit Dublin 2026 is Europe's leading science-led conference dedicated to the biology of aging and geroscience. Hosted at Trinity College Business School, the Summit brings together world-leading researchers, clinicians, policymakers, investors, and innovators to advance the most important questions in the science of healthy aging.

All scientific content is curated independently by our Scientific Advisory Committee. This is a rigorous, evidence-based gathering and the audience reflects that.

Key event highlights include:

This year's Summit features confirmed speakers including Dr. Mehmood Khan (CEO, Hevolution Foundation), Professor Steve Horvath (Altos Labs), Professor Brian Kennedy (NUS Medicine), Professor Rozalyn Anderson, and Dr. Eric Verdin (Buck Institute) among others.

Important: All packaging materials must be cleared from the exhibition floor before doors open to delegates each morning. Stand dismantling may not begin before 17:00 on Thursday 26 June.

Exhibition Stand Package

Your exhibition stand includes:

  • 3m x 2m space only
  • 1x basic table and 2x chairs
  • 1x double socket (max 1kw)
  • Organisation name listed on the Summit website, programme and exhibition floor plan

Should you wish to upgrade to a branded stand or hire additional furniture or electrics, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests close on 10 June 2026.

For Investment in Innovation participants: If you are part of the Investment in Innovation pitch programme, you will receive a separate briefing document covering your pitch slot, AV requirements, and booth specifics.

Exhibitor Registration and Access:

  • All exhibitors must check in at the Registration Desk upon arrival
  • Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times for security and access control
  • Please arrive within your designated setup window — see Section 2 for times

Loading and Unloading:

  • Loading access is via the Pearse Street delivery entrance
  • Please ensure your vehicle does not obstruct the entrance at any time
  • Label all packages clearly with your company name, stand number, and a local contact number

Wi-Fi: Venue wi-fi credentials will be provided to all exhibitors upon check-in on arrival day.

Parking and Transportation

Trinity College Dublin has limited on-site parking. Exhibitors are encouraged to use nearby public car parks or public transport.

Nearby Car Parks:

  • Setanta Q-Park — Dawson Street (10 min walk)
  • Fleet Street Car Park (12 min walk)
  • Trinity Street Car Park (15 min walk)

Public Transport:

  • DART — Pearse Street Station (5 min walk)
  • Luas — Green Line to Trinity Stop (8 min walk)
  • Buses — Several stops on Pearse Street and College Green

Deliveries and Logistics

Delivery Address

Delivery Windows:

  • Deliveries are accepted only during designated windows: 22–23 June 2026
  • Items arriving outside these dates may be refused or delayed
  • Label all packages with your company name, stand number, and a local contact number
Critical dates: Deliveries accepted 22–23 June 2026 only. Anything arriving outside this window may be refused or significantly delayed.

Storage and Removal:

  • There is no on-site storage for empty crates or packaging
  • All packaging materials must be cleared from the exhibition floor before the doors open to delegates each day

Health, Safety and Security

Trinity College Business School and the Longevity Summit Dublin team prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees. Please adhere to the following:

  • Fire Safety: Keep fire exits and aisles clear at all times. Do not block emergency exits
  • Electrical Compliance: All electrical equipment must be PAT tested and comply with Irish safety standards
  • Manual Handling: Use trolleys or request staff assistance for heavy items
  • Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with evacuation routes and assembly points. Emergency contact numbers will be provided on-site
  • Insurance: All exhibitors must hold public liability insurance and insurance covering their own equipment and displays
  • Security: Exhibitors are responsible for their own valuables. The exhibition area will be monitored but organisers cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items

Sustainability

Longevity Summit Dublin 2026 is committed to reducing the environmental footprint of the event. We encourage all exhibitors to:

  • Minimise waste by using reusable or recyclable materials
  • Avoid single-use plastics wherever possible
  • Use digital materials for marketing and communications wherever practical
