Poster Presenter Guidelines

YOUR POSTER

• Portrait format only
• A0 max — Height 1189mm, Width 841mm
• Standard paper only — no canvas or heavy materials
• Velcro strips provided on site — no pins permitted

ON THE DAY

• Bring a printed hardcopy — do not send your poster in advance
• One author must be present during coffee and lunch breaks
• Remove your poster at the end of the session
• Poster number labels will be provided on site

POSTER DESIGN TIPS

• Readable from 1.5 metres away
• Print on one large sheet
• Title, authors, and affiliations at the top
• Concise bullet points throughout
• Include an Introduction and Summary/Conclusions section
• Double-spaced text

Portrait format only (left ✓) — landscape will not be accepted (right ✗)
