Showcase your work to a global network of scientists and investors
Abstracts may be submitted under these twelve themes and subthemes:
- Regenerative Medicine
- Neurodegeneration
- Personalised Health and Longevity
- Longevity & Mental Health
- Physics in Aging Biology
- Emerging Science & Technology
- Gene Editing
- Nutrition and Aging
- Female Health & Reproductive Longevity
- Longevity Investing
- Clinical Translation of Aging Research
- Animal Models of Aging Research
We also encourage you to submit your abstract if it falls under a different theme but still relates to longevity.
- Your poster MUST be in portrait format.
- Your poster must be printed and MUST NOT BE LARGER than A0: Height=1189mm, Width=841mm.
- To ensure there is space between each presentation, poster walls will not always be aligned in a straight line, but may stand together in small groups to maximize visibility. Therefore, it is essential that your poster does not exceed the maximum width of 841 mm.
- Each poster presenter will be provided with Velcro stickers to attach their poster to their assigned board. Posters printed on canvas or heavy material are not recommended because they often prove too heavy. Pins may not be used on the poster boards provided because they damage the boards: only Velcro strips are permitted.
- You will have access to the boards 30 minutes before the start of your poster session.
- Posters must be removed after the end of the session. Congress organizers will not be responsible for remaining posters.
- At least one of the authors must be present at your poster during the entire presentation session. Session Chairs will check for posters without a presenter, and report them.
- Please note posters should NOT be sent to the Committee, nor the congress organisers, but should be brought as a hardcopy by the presenter and placed on their numbered board 30 mins before their allocated session.
- Posters should be easily read at a distance of 1.5 meters.
- A poster printed on one large sheet of paper is encouraged.
- Include the title of the paper, the authors’ names, and their affiliations at the top of the poster.
- Avoid excessive amounts of text. Instead, provide information in short bullet points.
- Poster number labels will be provided on site and will be placed above your poster on the board; you do not need to leave room on your poster for this label.
- Introduction and Summary/Conclusions sections are advised.
- Double spaced text is recommended.

Importan information
- All abstracts must be written in English.
- The maximum length of an abstract is 250 words. Please ensure that your findings are described to a level sufficient for reviewers to make an informed decision on quality. Abstracts that fail to meet these criteria will be rejected.
- Do not include author names in the title or body of your abstract – these are entered online during the submission process.
- If adding references, please use the American Chemical Society standard format, e.g. Agawa, T.; Miller, S. I. Am. Chem. Soc. 1961, 83, 449–453.
- You can alter your abstract at any time up to the submission deadline of Monday, 20th January 2025.
- To ensure a fair and scientific review of abstracts we will use a blind review process. Abstracts will be reviewed for the level of innovation/contribution to the field and the general standard of academic writing of the abstract.
- We wish to provide a rich and varied scientific programme. Authors may be listed on as many abstracts as they wish – however authors may be the presenting author on a maximum of two poster presentations.
- Any abstract that was submitted for consideration as an oral communication, but was unsuccessful in that regard, may be considered for poster presentation.
- All correspondence will be with the submitting author only. This author is responsible for disseminating information related to the co-authors.
- Please note that the presenting author must register in full to attend and present the abstract at the summit. The presenting author must register by Friday, 7th June 2024.
- The deadline for submissions is Monday, 20th January 2025.
